Sean is an experienced Realtor® at Levin Rinke Realty. Sean is a Veteran with a passion
for real estate, and has extensive experience as a new home construction & rehab
specialist, property management professional, and investor. He relocated from the
Midwest to Pensacola in 2005 to attend Naval Officer Candidate School, and quickly fell
in love with everything the Gulf Coast offers. As a retired Naval Aviator and Naval Flight
Officer, Sean knows the life of a military family in transition and works to find the best
solutions for housing along the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas. For this reason, Sean
holds the national & Military Relocation Professional (MRP) & designation as well as the
state “Florida Military Specialist (FMS) & designation. Sean believes relationships are the
cornerstone of any transaction and is why he has built a network of reliable
professionals over the years. While working with Sean, you too can have access to his
most respected real estate attorneys, title companies, inspectors, estate planners,
insurance brokers, builders, and specialty contractors.


Over the last 15 years, the success of these relationships, paired with Sean’s passion for
real estate, have resulted in over 100 Million in sales, while simultaneously allowing
Sean to project manage over 2000 REO home renovations, and be part of many new
construction and development projects along the Gulf Coast. He understands the
building process, the importance of building and strengthening neighborhoods, rebuilding
our communities, and turning houses into homes.


When he’s not selling real estate, Sean enjoys the company of his Golden Retriever,
“Dakota!” Together, they enjoy traveling, and enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer
to include: visiting our coastal communities, swimming at our beautiful beaches,
boating, offshore fishing, bird hunting, attending concerts, festivals, and watching
sporting events.
