As I navigated the new construction home buying process remote from Virginia, Sean Kramer went above and beyond to ease my mind in regards to which house to choose at Iron Rock - a new subdivision in Cantonment. He walked every property and recorded videos for me so I could see all the details. It made the process so seamless and he followed me very closely for 3 1/2 months until we got to closing. He even did my first walk-through solo because I couldn’t be there. I’d recommend him to anybody for their home buying needs. A big part of what helped me so much is he explained all the nuances of Florida real estate because they are very different from Virginia, so the education I received was incredible.
